The villa is located on a plot on the banks of the Elbe River in the peripheral "catalog" district of the town of Čelákovice. The shape and floor plan design were dictated by regulations for the entire area. The interior of the ground-floor living area is one open space where the main dominant feature is an open monolithic fireplace. Other materials used here include white lacquered carpentry cladding, a floor made of American walnut, a monolithic ceiling, and cement plaster on the walls.
