Multi-purpose Complex ORION

The three-tower ORION buildings with approximately 94 apartments and 11 maisonettes are located in the immediate vicinity of a forest, walking trails into nature north of Brno, in the areas of Soběšice, Vranov, Bílovice, etc.
The vertical character of the designed trio of fourteen-story towers with a square floor plan measuring 17.6 meters on each side and a height of 53.5 meters ensures an exceptional position in relation to the surrounding buildings and an open horizon towards the silhouette of the city of Brno. The space between the buildings is fully utilized for covered parking spaces with a capacity of 98 cars. A park with children's playgrounds and quiet relaxation corners will be established on the roofs of these garages. Access to these areas is intended only for residents of the apartments.
The rehabilitation center, which is part of the residential complex, is located in a four-story building at the forefront of the area. It is accessible from a public road.
