Competition project of Pragoradia and ČTK

Project from a limited competition announced by the Ministry of Public Works in 1927. Ground floor: In the center, offices. On the right side, a passageway, widened into a hall under the courtyard. The passage is to connect to the passage from Wenceslas Square to Bredovská Street, a part of which currently passes through the Avion Palace. On the left side of the ground floor, there is a separate entrance for the meeting room on the first floor and for the restaurant in the first basement level. The main staircase of the building is accessible from the passageway. From the hall, there is an entrance to the secondary staircase, which serves the courtyard wings and provides access to the staircase leading to the large hall in the basement for lectures, projections, theater, etc. On the first floor of the street wing, there is a meeting room, and in the courtyard wings, there are offices. The upper floors are designated for the offices of Č.T.K. and rented offices and apartments for the director, gatekeeper, and so on. On the fifth floor, Pragoradio is located, and in the attic level, there are studios.
