The trapezoidal floor plan of the building follows the irregular shape of the plot in the satellite development of Šestajovice. The house has a tent roof with varying slopes of the surfaces. The roof without overhangs and gutters smoothly connects to the trapezoidal façades. The mass is completely covered with black rubber sheeting (EPDM). As a result, the house gives a cohesive impression, as if made from a single piece. The only part that deviates from the overall character is the southwest side oriented towards the garden. It is clad with uncoated larch beams. The recessed entrance leads into a generous white space extending over two floors. A wardrobe wall separates it from the main living area, which is formed on the other side by a library. The ground floor opens to the garden through a glass wall leading to the loggia. The second floor consists of elongated rooms oriented towards the garden. The sanitary facilities within the layout are illuminated by skylights. The structure of the house is wooden. The interior is artificially ventilated, and heating and hot water are provided by a heat pump with an integrated recirculation unit.
