Family House in Horní Lhota

The object is located in Horní Lhota near Blansko. The plot is part of a sloping terrain with a southwest orientation facing the valley and with a view of the opposite range of the slopes of the Hořice Ridge.
The composition of the object consists of three mutually freely connected two-story cubic masses that open towards the plot and further towards the panorama of the valley. The logic of the form and its division, or opening, is composed in the following way - the northeastern entrance part is closed, while the living area on the southwestern side is open. A significant spatial element of the internal life of the object is the mutual linking of internal spaces - interior - exterior - interior. The articulation of the object stems from the idea of maximum connection between the exterior and interior while maintaining a certain degree of privacy of the space.
The entrance part of the object is designed from the access road at the location of the protruding highest wing of the object, where the ground floor contains a cloakroom, a kitchen with a dining area, and the main vertical communication - the staircase. At the communication hub (staircase, dining room kitchen) the connection of the second wing with the living room with a fireplace is designed. In the adjoining third wing, there is a technical room, a fitness area with a sauna and shower. All three wings are interconnected on the ground floor by an outdoor terrace. On the second floor, there is an office with a library, a parents' bedroom with a separate bathroom, and two children's rooms with a bathroom and a terrace.
