Family house in Černošice

The load-bearing exterior walls of the two-story part are made of TESUZ blocks (dry masonry) without inner plaster, monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings, external façade with thermal insulation and cladding with CETRIS boards without surface treatment or wooden slats without surface treatment, flat single-layer inverted roof composition. The structure of the single-story part is wooden - frames made of glued laminated timber, flat double-layer ventilated roof. Wooden EURO windows, shading with shutters or outdoor blinds, outdoor covered terrace.
