The family house in Továř is an example of contemporary architecture that does not deny traditional forms. It is located in a continuous development that has characteristic features of modern construction at the level of smaller building units.

The plot of above-standard dimensions boasts nearly perfect parameters, with access from the north and a garden to the south. The uniqueness of the location is undeniably given by the views, the most significant of which is that of Svatý Kopeček, which the design takes maximum advantage of and opens up in this direction.

The house respects the surrounding environment and fits into the existing composition without denying contemporary patterns. It simultaneously utilizes all advantages (area, orientation, cultural connections) while adhering to present restrictions (building density, setback distances, roof shape, etc.).

The elementary shape of the mass (more or less a cuboid with a square base) is fundamentally modified only by the diagonal cut of the garden volume. This solution achieves a unique shape that resonates harmoniously with its surroundings - that is, with the plot, the anticipated activities, the light, and the cultural heritage (the garden facade is intentionally oriented towards Svatý Kopeček).

Other formal aspects also speak in the resulting work. The defining feature here is the gabled roof (which is incorporated in a somewhat unconventional assembly) and the generally practiced cleanliness, unity, and compactness. The house in Továř does not only employ fashionable defragmentation; rather, it prefers a very functional appearance and form. The facades are therefore presented as cohesive and physically undivided. No decorative materials. Only the terrace part is designed completely differently - yet still fully in line with the character of this space and part of the building's volume.
