One of the first works of Višek's independent office in Brno.
Here, Višek's tendency toward pure and simple purist architecture is clearly discernible. He was likely influenced in the design by the ideas of A. Loose, with whom he was friends and met in France while working on this villa.
He completely rid himself of decorative elements; the simple cube is defined only by window and door openings, and similarly, Višek applies an economical principle and clear order in the floor plans. Economical floor plans have characterized Višek's subsequent projects since this time.
