Reconstruction of a panel apartment

The apartment transformed from its original state into a colorful oasis with natural elements.
The arrangement of rooms remained unchanged, only some passages to the rooms were bricked up or enlarged. In the hallway, a brick wardrobe with sliding doors was created. The prefabricated core was replaced with a brick one and enlarged to the extent that the hallway leading to the kitchen did not take up too much space. As a result, a long sink with two faucets and a spacious shower cabin could be installed in the bathroom. The entrance to the bathroom is through sliding doors into a pocket that does not obstruct the passage to the kitchen. The kitchen is now located in a space with plenty of daylight, and the work surface is complemented by a countertop under the window, where one can comfortably sit during breakfast and enjoy the view from the window. This area is also practical for cooking.
The dining table is placed in the living room and directly connects to the kitchen. Next to the table, there is a bookshelf with a bar and practical storage spaces for documents and papers. Other furnishings in this room include a sofa with a coffee table, a TV with corresponding furniture, and paintings on the walls.
The bedroom is located in the second half of the apartment. The color scheme follows the rest of the interior and is complemented by a wooden 3D paneling and wallpaper with a natural motif.
The study, which will become a children's room in the future, is located next to the bedroom. A decorative wallpaper with a neutral motif was chosen to suit both functions of the room.
The color scheme throughout the apartment is unified, primarily featuring brown tones combined with white, lime green, and accents of black. The flooring is consistent throughout the space. The hallway is distinguished by stone cladding in light brown tones, which catches the eye immediately upon entering the apartment. The bathroom and separate toilet are color-coordinated with the kitchen.
There is plenty of storage space throughout the apartment. They are very unobtrusive and airy.
