Thanks to radical changes, the panel apartment transformed from its original state into new, modern living space.
Natural motifs run throughout the entire apartment. They mainly appear in the shapes of the "lizard" radiator, the light above the dining table resembling a flower, the leaf-shaped backs of the dining chairs, the stone cladding in the living area, the pebble mosaic in the bathroom, and the leaf-patterned wallpaper in the bedroom. Most of the furniture has rounded edges, which can be found on the coffee table, TV furniture, desk, and in the kitchen.
The hallway, where a built-in, inconspicuous closet with a cleaning supply cabinet was created, divides the apartment into private and public zones. In the private part, there is a bedroom with a women's study and a wardrobe. In the public part, there is a bathroom, a living area with kitchen, dining table, and a glazed balcony, and a men's study.
In the men’s study, there is a special pull-out media shelf for CDs and DVDs, a wardrobe for men’s clothing, and a long desk.
The living area is separated by frosted glass doors that slide into a pocket. They can be completely recessed thanks to a special handle. The furnishings of the room are chosen to highlight the spaciousness achieved by removing a partition and connecting two rooms together. The kitchen ends with a library, and thanks to the colorful spines, it disrupts the monochromatic color scheme. An interesting feature is the stone cladding behind the sofa, which is linearly illuminated. The room is completed by a glazed balcony, which further enhances the feeling of endless space.
The bathroom has been enlarged and is styled in light brown tones complemented by white sanitary ware and stainless steel mosaic. In addition to a closet for the washing machine and dryer, it provides plenty of other storage space.
The bed in the bedroom spans the entire width of the room. It offers the owners excellent comfort, and here as well, attention was given to storage and shelving spaces. Under the bed, there are two large pull-out drawers, the wide bed sides replace nightstands, and it is possible to place items such as books or practical things like a lamp and alarm clock here. Opposite the bed is a dresser with a television. The lights in the bedroom are dimmable. Indirect lighting is provided by a built-in LED strip behind the bed. The coziness of the bedroom is complemented by decorative wallpaper.
The women's study is equipped with a library, a desk, and an upholstered bench under the window. It also includes a built-in wardrobe for women’s clothing.
