Reconstruction of the apartment Valdštejnská 2

The attic apartment is located in a building on the street front in Valdštejnská Street in Prague-Malá Strana. In 1995, the original apartment was renovated. In 2009, the investor purchased this apartment and adapted it again.
The proposed construction changes consist of minor layout adjustments to the apartment and a newly designed staircase to the small attic part of the bedroom.
The original elements of the wooden truss were painted black.
The atmosphere of historic refurbished constructions was complemented by modern elements and built-in interiors. The floor is new made of oiled oak boards.
Areas more exposed to use were covered with steel plates in their raw form.
