We chose the form of a traditional cottage typical for the Jizera Mountains. It is an elongated structure covered with a 45° roof with a small annex featuring a shed roof, serving as an entrance hall
and storage. The layout is divided into thirds: a living space with a kitchen and dining room oriented to the west, a bedroom facing east with the possibility of accommodation for up to four people, and the central part comprises the facilities with bathrooms. The center with bathrooms has a ceiling, and above it, a reserve storage space in the attic has been created.
The facade is treated with dark blue wooden cladding. Everything that is part of the windows is white: wooden window frames, wooden sills, wooden blinds, and shutters, as well as the cladding of the solid corner of the window. An exception is the roof window, whose division corresponds to the structural system of the roof, and the window frames are the same color as the roof. The roofing material is designed from dark gray asphalt strips. The house, along with the parking area, is set into the terrain in such a way as to create minimal terrain modifications if possible. The retaining wall leveling the terrain on the north side of the house is built from local sand-colored stone. The base of the house is made of visible light concrete. The low retaining walls transitioning into the edging of the parking area are made of the same material. The parking space for four cars is made of granite gravel.

The object is designed as a wooden structure, with wood used extensively throughout the interior, including visible plywood on the walls, ceiling, and roof. The internal partition walls are also wooden. The floor is designed from gray cement screed. The outdoor wooden terrace is made of larch boards. The stone slab is composed of local split stone.
