This is an existing residential building in the built-up area of the MČ Prague 7 with 5 above-ground and 1 underground floors, with extensions in the courtyard. In the 1930s, the Factory for the Production of Cosmetic Preparations of Mr. Frant. Vítka was located here. The courtyard is partially covered with roofing. The subject of the project is the reconstruction and construction modifications of the existing store on the ground floor of the building and the addition of two-story adjacent administrative-storage spaces. The store is accessible directly from Na Maninách street.
The focus of the store is the sale of sports equipment, clothing, and other sports needs - especially for cycling and cross-country skiing. The operation of the store is still in the hands of Mr. Vítka's family.
The architectural solution respects the character of the existing building. Part of the reconstruction involved replacing windows facing Na Maninách street, including repairing the adjacent façade at the level of the 1st floor. Existing window sills facing Na Maninách street have been lowered to the base of the building. The facades are plastered, with wooden windows in graphite gray color.
The layout solution of the existing store has not been changed - the interior of the existing store has been completely renovated, and the spaces will be visually more connected into one whole.

The office will have panoramic windows around its perimeter.
