The ground-floor family house is ideal for a family of four. It is a house with very low energy consumption. The specific annual heating demand is 19 kWh/m², thus meeting the requirements for obtaining a subsidy of 300,000 CZK from the NOVÁ ZELENÁ ÚSPORÁM program.
The structural system of the house is NOVATOP (CLT), which is largely left exposed. This gives the interior a pleasant indoor climate and a harmonious environment. The warmth of the home is provided by a heat pump and an air handling unit.
The facade cladding made of maintenance-free thermo pine, which will gradually take on a gray-silver color, blends unobtrusively into the surrounding landscape. The roof is a hipped roof made of folded sheet metal covering.
The outdoor terrace is covered by an overhang of the roof, which simultaneously provides privacy and gives the space a sense of certainty and security. At the same time, this overhang ensures comfort in the indoor environment during the summer months and prevents overheating of the interior. However, the size of the overhang is also set to allow sunlight to enter the interior during the winter months.
