Residential complex Záhorské sady 3

In the design of 12 row houses, it was important for us to achieve a certain level of privacy in the exterior as well. We therefore designed the terraces as recesses between the individual houses, while the proposed cantilevered structure allows for the installation of shading and vertical sliding slats or curtains, creating an intimate exterior micro-space accessible from the living room and the parents' bedroom. The structure also integrates a garden shed and allows for variability in the solutions of the mentioned accessories according to the clients' preferences without significantly affecting the overall aesthetics of the residential complex.
