Interior design proposal for the café AnonymouS

Interior design proposal for the café AnonymouS
Architect: Eva Bradáčová
Address: Jugoslávská 15, Vinohrady, Prague, Czech Republic
Completion:2014
Area:85 m2

The style of the café is based on the concept of AnonymouS Bar in Prague 1. There is the same handwriting in the signs and graphics on the walls. The interior is much brighter and more playful compared to the bar, creating a sense of comfort and tranquility, which is desirable in the busy Jugoslávská street near Náměstí I. P. Pavlova.
The original interior is visible from the street and invites for a pleasant visit. The furniture made of euro pallets is fresh, and its colorful details harmonize with the rest of the interior. Dominating the space is a turquoise coffee machine La Marzocco. The bright interior is complemented by vivid colors and artistic paintings and texts in the style of AnonymouS.
The café offers various seating options suitable for any occasion. The ground floor space is more for a shorter stay or buying coffee to go. You can sit on a bench by the window and watch the happenings on the street, or on a bar stool with your laptop or tablet. For a quick coffee in an inspiring environment, the hanging swing or the narrow counter attached to the sales counter works perfectly. For more privacy and tranquility, there is a "chill-out" zone on the upper floor with a view of the sales counter, where you can observe the entire coffee preparation process. The furniture is equipped with electrical outlets, and Wi-Fi connectivity is a given.
Next to the metal staircase, an old, cast-iron wall sink stands out. It is a genuine original piece purchased at a flea market.
"Recyclable" style is also evident in the serving of orders. Everything is fine-tuned to the last detail. That is why wood is used on the serving trays and you will be surprised by wooden forks or mason jars.
In addition to coffee classics like espresso and cappuccino, you can expect alternative coffee preparation methods such as chemex, aeropress, or cold brew, which is cold-filtered coffee. The menu also includes lemonades, couscous, yogurts, and desserts—all homemade.
Not only great cocktails but also unbeatable quality coffee is happily prepared for you in the AnonymouS network.
