New construction of apartment buildings for two independent investors. Agreement with the smaller scale of the street, which could potentially become an important urban thoroughfare in the future. Shops, offices, housing. A commercial passage runs through the center of the buildings leading to the train station. Parking had to be addressed in cramped conditions on the 1st floor of the buildings, partly with parking stackers.
