The inspiration for our design came from monastery gardens surrounded by walls. We treat the containers like a Lego building set and create a simple structure that completely envelops the construction site. This results in an inner garden protected from noise near the S-Bahn rapid transit line, providing a quiet environment for studying. The individual rooms oriented inward are approached similarly to monk cells, equipped with only the essentials. Access to the rooms is provided by walkways along the building's perimeter. The exterior facade is enhanced by a translucent polycarbonate shell, which protects the walkways from the elements and improves noise insulation.
