In a lucrative location in the center of Prague, in a building at the corner of Na Příkopě and Panská streets, the first Prague branch of the rapidly growing coworking network HubHub has been operating since September. The idea of a strong and bold HubHub identity has been supported by architects and designers from Studio Perspektiv. The result is not just a functional space for work and collaboration. The realization immediately became a catalyst for an unmistakable community atmosphere after opening.

Reception - a yellow lighthouse that guides you

The key theme of the project is privacy and sharing - their optimal ratio for every situation. The conclusion of extensive preparations and analyses is a spatial scheme that subconsciously guides HubHub members throughout their visit.

As soon as you enter, you know where to go. You simply cannot overlook the bold reception made of yellow perforated metal. Immediate orientation is ensured by glimpses into several different work zones. You see meeting rooms of various sizes, notice the community kitchen and event hall. You hear where it is lively and where it is quiet.

You can decide

The interior terrace and atrium divide the space into several tracts of varying proportions. While the entrance area is dedicated more to freelancers and individuals, the northwest wing with a view of Na Příkopě street hosts teams and entire companies. Both halves of the floor are served by community kitchens with complete facilities in a compact form.

A wide range of sizes of phone booths, video conferencing rooms, small meeting rooms, and rooms up to boardrooms are optimally spread across more than 2,000 m², ensuring that no one is far from their work area.

Timeless design. For many years

The chosen aesthetics of the space dedicated to work, a craft workshop for the 21st century, derives from the demand for sustainability. The measure of the quality of elements is not only their aesthetic contribution to the whole but, first and foremost, they must serve a purpose. Considering the nature of coworking, the interior furnishings are durable and robust. The distinctive steel furniture on the raised platform, topped by the solid reception, is designed to withstand loads comparable to those of significant institutions or offices. The countertops of the kitchens and the bar in the central social zone are made of stainless steel, whose charm truly develops only with the patina created by everyday use.

In line with the philosophy of "think globally, act locally," Czech design has played a major role in the Prague branch of the international HubHub network. In addition to locksmith elements and custom-made carpentry furniture produced by Czech craftsmen, you will find chairs and armchairs from the company TON, lighting from Brokis, and specially modified, "pumped-up" Soap lights from Bomma above the bar counters in the community zones.

Fragile balance

The common spaces rely on a thoughtful contrast of colors and shapes, with the strong aesthetics of HubHub coming to the forefront in various intensities, whether in the form of brand "bold" textures and stickers or storytelling cleverly embedded in dynamic illustrations by Karolína Stryková. Neutral shades of white and gray prevail in the offices, with pleated curtains and historic double-sashed windows cozying up the workspace. The atmosphere and overall mood of their offices are actually created by the tenants themselves.

HubHub Na Příkopě is designed so that everyone can find exactly what they need. The diversity embedded in the DNA of HubHub, as well as in the realization of the space by Studio Perspektiv, opens the door to trust and sharing. A strong community emerges where people feel good.
