<h1>House in the Valley</h1>

An international client who has been following our work for a long time approached us. They desired a study, project, and subsequently the realization of a house that would not involve compromises.
They honored us with immense trust, as they only shared the basic requirements and a rough idea for materials. The rest was left to us.
The brief included these important points: a very spacious garage, a large and comfortable dressing room at the entrance, a kitchen as close to the entrance as possible, yet connected to the entire daytime area and oriented towards the garden, a separate study, a large wine cellar, ample space for advanced technologies, a master bedroom with a dressing room, bathroom, and access to a hot tub, the hot tub as part of the interior yet connected to the garden, two guest rooms, and necessary facilities for them.
The plot is flat with a beautiful view of wooded hills rising to the south and west.
The house is in an L shape, with the "arm" of the house offering the most beautiful view of the garden and the landscape behind it primarily encompassing a large daytime area with a kitchen, dining room, living space, and study.
The second "arm" of the house is a tranquil area with bedrooms, dressing rooms, and bathrooms.
The connecting element of both arms is a glassed space with a hot tub, from which one can enter the main bedroom area or directly onto the terrace to the garden.
We believe that the house will continually reflect the personalities of its owners. Their cultivated nature, maturity, intelligence, and nobility.
