House of assisted living
The principal design idea of two smaller apartment houses connected by a terrace, under which common dining and social facilities are placed, reflects the traditional Liberec building type of patrician villas. Within a very economical spatial solution the house offers surprising diversity of public, semi-public and private areas thus enhancing the social life of its inhabitants. In addition each flat has its own balcony facing south with a view of the Liberec panorama.
