Canon – installation in the factory hall

The reconstruction of the former industrial hall of TESLA ELEKTROSIGNÁL in Holešovice into commercial, representative, and office spaces. The client is involved in the sale, service, and presentation of office technology from CANON. The rooms on the first floor are of a technical nature: service, logistics, storage, hygiene. The second floor consists of offices. The large office spaces are illuminated and ventilated through the roof structure, while the separate offices are lit by new skylights. The design was developed during the execution, and details and standards were limited by cost and quick feasibility. The entire project, including clarifications of the construction program, processing the assignment, execution, and approval, took 4 months from project to occupancy permit. The architects provided not only the design but also a complete service for the organization and delivery of the turnkey construction for the client.
