In accordance with the investor's vision, a modern residential complex has been designed in the picturesque surroundings of Prague's Modřany.
The building is characterized by its western façade, adorned with a series of balconies. The western exposure offers a rich view of the Vltava Valley and the warm tones of the setting sun. Although the exterior of the building follows an angled line derived from the surrounding development, the internal layout of the apartments is based on an orthogonal floor plan.
This five-story residential complex hosts 14 apartments, providing a modern and comfortable living space. On the top floor, the duplex space additionally creates ideal conditions for more demanding clients.
