Apartment in the Paradise Garden

A two-story attic conversion with studio windows near Rajská zahrada in Prague. Emphasis was placed on the combination of glass, metal, and stone. The future resident desired primarily a large bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and balcony, which almost create a separate living unit within the apartment.
The main feature of the apartment is the spacious kitchen, connected to the dining area and living space, which is dominated by a wine cellar built directly into the wall. The apartment offers two bedrooms and bathrooms over an area of 193 m²; balconies and terraces, providing a luxurious view of Prague, are not included in this area.
