Bistro Francin

Bistro Francin is located outside the city center. It is a family business run by local residents, bringing the attributes of a good bistro to Prague's Malešice: quality coffee, hot and cold beverages, sweet and savory homemade goodies, and a friendly atmosphere where you can sit peacefully. The heart of the establishment is the "bar" sales counter and an open kitchen, where you can watch the preparation of dishes and drinks. Most of the treats are displayed on the counter so that you immediately know what you feel like. As the evening progresses, the bistro can transform into a bar, where it's no shame to enjoy something stronger to drink.
Whether you come in the morning or evening, you can sit at one of the café tables in front of the bar or on the elevated "separate" stage. This area has a more club-like character due to a well-equipped library and a turntable with a selection of classic vinyl records.
