What you can expect:
● PR Team Support: You will actively participate in the development and execution of PR strategies. This includes preparing and creating press releases, newsletters, articles, and other communication materials that showcase our projects and activities to the public. You will assist in organizing press conferences, media days, and other PR activities that help raise brand awareness.
● Social Media Content Management and Development: You will contribute to creating and executing strategies for social media, including content planning, post creation, community engagement, and performance monitoring. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of visual communication who can create engaging content that captures our audience's attention on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
● Collaboration with the Curatorial Projects Team: You will participate in curatorial projects, such as exhibitions, workshops, conferences, and lectures. You will help coordinate these events, communicate with artists, partners, and the media, and ensure each event runs smoothly and successfully.
● Media Monitoring and Analysis: You will monitor media coverage, track competitors, and prepare regular reports on the success of our communication activities. Part of your role will also be to identify new opportunities to promote our projects.
● Creation of Visual and Multimedia Materials: You will assist in producing graphic and visual materials, such as presentations, brochures, posters, and other marketing tools that support our communication activities.
● Administrative Support: Providing administrative and organizational support to the PR and Curatorial Projects teams, including database management, event logistics, and other tasks.
What we expect from you:
● Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Czech and English – spoken and written.
● Interest in architecture, art, and design, with a willingness to develop your knowledge in these fields.
● Experience with media and social networks – familiarity with the online environment, content creation and analysis, and experience in campaign planning is a plus.
● Creativity and attention to detail – the ability to create imaginative content that captures attention and distinguishes us from competitors.
● Organizational skills and independence – efficient time and task management, with the ability to prioritize.
● Positive and proactive attitude – we are looking for someone who enjoys bringing new ideas and is eager to learn new things.
● Experience with graphic tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a significant advantage.
