On November 3-4, 2011, the already fifth annual conference Timber Constructions in Practice will take place at the Skalský Dvůr hotel near Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. The event is intended for professionals from design and construction companies specializing in timber construction. The main topic will be fire safety issues.
Speakers will be from the Prevention Department of the General Directorate of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, the Fire Protection Professional Chamber, the Vysoká škola báňská Technical University, Ostrava, the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Safety Engineering, and from many other institutions and companies.
