PVC profiles Elegant are winning design awards

When selecting the appropriate type of window and door profiles for a specific type of building, utility values play a key role, such as demanding requirements for thermal insulation properties, technical possibilities, and structural solutions, as well as acoustic insulation or safety. All of this is in line with modern design of windows and doors.

New Technologies in Hidden Windows

Technological advancements and new styles are also impacting the window and door segment. Elegant is a six-chamber PVC profile with excellent thermal insulation values (Uf = 0.93 W/(m².K), which can be further improved by using the new long glass fiber technology ThermoFibra in the sash and thermal reinforcement Forthex in the frame (replacing traditional steel reinforcement). As a result, the thermal transmittance coefficient Uf is reduced to just 0.85 W/(m².K). The system thus meets strict energy efficiency requirements for buildings (suitable for A0 houses).

The ThermoFibra technology also allows for the production of larger window sash dimensions without standard reinforcement, up to 2300 mm with high stability, strength, and significantly lower weight.

Urban, Industrial, and Rustic

The Elegant range impresses with its clean lines. It is also among the slimmest profiles on the market. Three sash designs are available, which can be combined with frames of construction depths of 76 and 84 mm.

Elegant Infinity – minimalist design of a flat sash with a gentle transition between the profile frame and sash. Using ThermoFibra technology allows for further slimming of the profile's edge from 9 to 7 mm.

Elegant Abstract – the protruding sash is completely aligned with the frame. Upon its market introduction, the Elegant Abstract profile received the prestigious Red Dot Design Award and the German Design Award.

Elegant Grando – rounded shapes with a traditional appearance of PVC windows for universal use in renovations (especially of classic or rustic buildings) as well as new constructions.

Deceuninck uses the most modern foils on profiles that better reflect infrared radiation and reduce heat accumulation in the profile. A wide selection of colors provides almost unlimited realization possibilities. The color palette includes modern gray and metallic shades, as well as more traditional colors of natural or colored wood.

The PVC Elegant system is also a sustainable choice. The profiles are made from high-quality recycled PVC, and at the end of their life cycle, they can be 100% recycled.
