In recent decades, there has been a significant increase in traffic density, which has led to increased noise and the amount of airborne dust. The best way to combat noise and dust is to increase the area of urban greenery.

In city centers, where it is no longer possible to build new parks due to dense development, we have only one option to increase the area of urban greenery, which is by building vertical gardens.

The company Němec s.r.o. offers a solution to the problem of the lack of greenery in the form of standalone vertical gardens - Smart Bench.
These gardens can be placed on any flat surface and are completely independent of electrical energy.

The importance of greenery within cities:

• lowering temperatures in hot summer months in cities, where sunlight reflects off heated roads and building facades

This bench also serves as a weather station that is capable of measuring, storing, and sharing the following values:

• CO2 in the air
• air temperature
• air humidity
• atmospheric pressure
• ambient noise
• precipitation amount
• wind speed and direction

Vertical garden

The vertical garden has an area of 16 m² and is automatically irrigated.
Inside this garden, there is a water storage tank with a capacity of 1.5 m³, which is replenished three to four times a year.
The water consumption of one garden is between 4-5 m³ for the entire year.

You can enjoy comfortable benches where you can beautifully relax in the shade of greenery.

The vertical garden includes the option to charge your mobile phones at a USB charger located on the side of the garden.
