New acoustic window Schüco AWS 90 AC.SI reduces noise even when ventilating

The new acoustic window Schüco AWS 90 AC.SI (Aluminium Window System, construction depth of 90 mm, acoustic, highly thermally insulated) creates a comfortable environment in residential as well as office projects, even in places with high noise levels. In the partially open position, air from outside is brought in through ventilation cassettes located in the upper frame, dispersing the sound and ensuring significant reduction. The new acoustic window Schüco AWS 90 AC.SI allows for sound insulation of up to 31 dB while also providing natural ventilation. There is a version with a tilt and turn wing as well as a double-wing opening variant with two opening positions. For soundproof ventilation, the double-wing window can be opened to a limited turning position. However, it can also be fully opened.

The tilt and turn window can also be fully opened for quick cross ventilation or cleaning the exterior glass pane from the inside. Likewise, the ventilation cassette can be opened and cleaned or quickly and easily replaced.

The soundproof window Schüco AWS 90 AC.SI complements the existing product range of products that ensure the reduction of noise passing through the building envelope. The product range already includes special solutions for double windows, double-glazed windows, and atypical acoustic windows, which can meet both noise reduction and natural ventilation requirements.
