DAYS OF PASSIVE HOUSES

The company Zumtobel is participating in the presentation event Passive House Days, which is not coincidentally taking place in the first realized "energy passive" administrative building in the Czech Republic. The OTAZNÍK building of the INTOZA company in Ostrava serves as a sample house for the general public and professionals. On November 12-13, 2011, this "smart" building will host the 8th edition of the Passive House Days event.

Program:   

• guided tours of the first Czech administrative building meeting the so-called passive standard, every two hours (the first starts at 10:00 and the last at 14:00, total duration of the tour including answering questions is 2 hours)
• lectures on passive houses - during the tour, you will learn the basic principles of designing, planning, and constructing residential and commercial passive houses
• presentation of materials and technologies used in the construction of energy passive buildings
• consulting in the area of energy savings - come for advice and consult your projects with experts

We are pleased to introduce you to Zumtobel's energy-efficient lighting solution and the intelligent LUXMATE control system, which gradually controls the dimming of luminaires and the closing of blinds in response to daylight, thus providing significant cost savings and enhanced user comfort in the building.
