Nová Paka - The Hradec Králové Region today began the construction of a school sports hall in Nová Paka in Jičín district at the building of the high school. The construction, costing 105 million crowns including value-added tax, is expected to be completed in January 2025, the regional council stated. The region has three secondary schools in the nine-thousand-strong Nová Paka, none of which have adequate sports facilities. The hall will also be used by the public and local sports clubs.
