The Czech Chamber of Architects announces a selection procedure for the position of
Secretary/Clerk of the CKA (m/f)
Responsibilities of the secretary: - participates in the preparation and implementation of conceptual documents of the CKA; - attends meetings of the board and meetings with public administration bodies, prepares professional materials and outputs for these meetings; - coordinates the activities of the working groups of the board; - continuously monitors the professional aspects of current issues in the field and actively participates in their resolution; - performs other tasks arising from the activity plan of the board for the given period.
Requirements for applicants: - higher education; - interest and good orientation in the field of architecture and urbanism; - familiarity with legislation related to architecture, urbanism, etc., as well as the public administration system with a focus on the performance of professional self-government; - excellent written and verbal communication skills; - knowledge of a world language, preferably English.
We offer: - employment on a part-time basis – 20 hours a week (employment contract or trade license); - a pleasant working environment in an office in the center of Prague; - benefits that will be specified during the personal interview.
Start date possible immediately.
