Santiniho language 2.1 - architectural workshop and symposium
Generate your architecture
Workshop participants will be introduced to the agenda of generative architecture. Through tutorials focused on basic and advanced techniques, they will interpret the Dynamic Baroque Gothic architecture of J.B. Santini into new architectural structures and proto-objects. The theme of this year's course will be space and light. Students will be guided by experienced tutors and will consult with the matadors of Czech architecture.

Workshop program:
Tutorials
These will focus on the basics and advanced techniques of generating architecture using Rhino + Grasshopper software. The course will be suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced users.
Lectures
The workshop will feature thematic lectures on theory and application in architecture.
Applications
During the workshop, we will test our proto-architectures on an architectural object at Zelená Hora under the Church of St. John of Nepomuk.
Presentations
The results of the workshop will be presented through a public presentation, publication, and exhibition in the fall of 2017.
Drawing
During the workshop, there will be a drawing and painting workshop led by Jan Valer.
Community
Participants will join a larger group of researchers and architects, where knowledge and skills are shared to further develop contemporary architecture.
