Brno - The technical condition of the former prison on Cejl in Brno allows for a transformation into a creative center. A freshly completed feasibility study estimates the costs to be between 120 and 370 million crowns, depending on the chosen variant. The maximum, and reportedly the most economically advantageous variant, involves adding two to three floors with apartments for sale.
