Prague - Prague will have an architectural-urban study of the Prague Heritage Reserve prepared. The analysis, which aims to describe the current state of the reserve, is expected to become one of the key documents for the implementation of state heritage care in Prague. The maximum price of the study will be 6.6 million crowns. This was discovered by ČTK from a list of public contracts. The analysis will describe the current state of the Prague Heritage Reserve, its values, and internal structure. The material will include the creation of so-called birth certificates for select houses in Prague. There will be about 50 buildings covered. "For each selected house, the contractor will create a birth certificate that will contain both a description of the object and photographic documentation of the hallway, house and street facade," the document states. The winning company will thus write the history of the respective house, describe its current condition, evaluate it architecturally, and list its architectural defects. It will also describe specific details of the building such as fittings, frescoes, stained glass, cladding, flooring, or stone and stucco elements. The material is intended to serve as a basis for the decision-making of heritage protectors. The exact price of the study will arise from the tender process.
