In London, dozens of skyscrapers over 40 stories high will be built

London - The panorama of London will undergo significant changes in the near future. The construction of 236 tower buildings is planned, with dozens of them featuring around 50 floors. This was reported by the AFP agency, which refers to a report by the local expert association New London Architecture.
According to AFP, 236 buildings over twenty stories high are planned or already under construction in London. Twenty-two of them are set to have at least 50 stories and 33 between 40 and 49 floors.
Most of these buildings will rise in the center or eastern part of the British capital. In 189 cases, these are residential projects.
However, the highest London skyscraper, the Shard, will remain unthreatened, as it stands at 95 stories and 310 meters, making it the second highest in Europe, behind the 338-meter-high Moscow skyscraper Mercury City.
