Archigami in a Japanese Room

The exhibition loosely connects to the previously held exhibition Soft Hard Science. Their link is formed by tessellations (tiling, paving), which are based on the art of logic in the continuous covering of a surface with a regular, repeating pattern. In the case of the current exhibition, the main role is taken by the technique of origami. 

The exhibition involved first-year students from all fields at the FA CTU as part of the subject of descriptive geometry taught by the Institute of Structural Engineering.

The author of the concept and content of the exhibition is Stanislava Čečáková, with curator Miroslav Pavel.
