Simona Fišerová and Ing. arch. Adéla Středová. As member of the Jury, Ing. arch. Tomáš Hradečný, stated: ,,The authors base their proposal on a comprehensive analysis of the area and broader relationships, emphasizing the understanding of historical links in the structure of the city. They perceive the city as an organism, whose life is documented by the layers of construction stages of development. They attach a layer of the 21st century, which acts as a thoughtful concept. This prestigious and somewhat original architectural competition is organized for the fifth year by the Petra Parléř Society and takes place in two rounds. In the first round, cities and municipalities submit their proposals for the modification of public spaces and buildings in public administration to the selection process, from which a maximum of ten competition tasks will emerge, which will become the subject of the architectural competition in the second round. This year, the competition jury received a total of forty architectural studies, which will be handed over for free to the cities and municipalities whose tasks became the subject of the architectural competition during November. These include Chýně, Jihlava, Kraslice, Litovel, Mladá Boleslav, Slavkov u Brna, Světlá nad Sázavou, Stříbro, and Tišnov.
