BiographyNorma Mónica Juvera Jiménez was born in 1974 in Mexico. In 1997, she graduated from ITESM CQ Mexico. In 2002, she completed her master's degree in landscape architecture at UPC in Barcelona with a thesis design that analyzed aerial views of landscapes by Paul Klee. Before founding the company MX_SI, she worked in 1996 with Itamar Batista in Salvador de Bahía, Brazil. In 1997, her work was awarded 1st prize for furniture design in Bahia and a prize for landscape design on the banks of the Guadiany River in Ayamonte, Spain. In 2005, she founded the architectural studio MXSI in Barcelona after winning several international competitions.
