Biography
Jan Peter Wingender is a co-founder and partner at Office Winhov. He studied architecture at the Technical University of Eindhoven and at the Berlage Institute in Amsterdam. From 2003 to 2007, he led the architecture program at the Amsterdam Academy of Architecture. He has lectured at the Amsterdam University of Applied Arts and in 2016 published the book Brick, An Exacting Material. In 2023, he was appointed supervisor of the urban development area Pampusbuurt on the Amsterdam island of IJburg.
