Biography
He studied at the Faculty of Design and Architecture at the University of Arts in Poznań. Since 2010, he has been working as an assistant to the head of the Department of Architecture and Urbanism at the University of Arts in Poznań. For his diploma project Let's talk about garbage, which addresses the problem of slums in Mumbai, he became the first Pole to receive the international Archiprix Hunter Douglas Awards for the best architectural diploma in the world defended in the years 2009-11, under the supervision of Robert Konieczny. In 2010, during his fourth year of studies, he founded his own studio UGO Architecture, which he leads to this day. His designs have been presented at the following exhibitions: Seoul Design Fair in 2011, MadEXPO in Milan, the International Green Building Fair in Bologna in 2010, and at the Cube Gallery in Manchester during an exhibition organized by the Royal Association of British Architects in 2009. He has received 27 Polish and international awards.
