Biography
Gilles Delalex is a French architect. He studied architecture at ENSA Grenoble and McGill University Montreal. He obtained a master's degree in urban planning and a PhD in arts from the Aalto University in Helsinki. He currently serves as a professor at the Paris Malaquais School of Architecture, where he leads the Department of Theory, History, and Projects. From 2004 to 2008, he was a visiting educator at l'Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées. He has also taught at ENPC in Paris, the Vienna University of Technology, and GSD at Harvard University. Since 1998, he has been a researcher at Liat Lab. In 2003, he co-founded the studio Muoto with Dutch-Belgian architect Yves Moreau.
