Emerich Horvát

Emerich Horvát was born in 1901 in the Hungarian town of Putnok. He attended a secondary school in Arad and in 1920 began his studies at the German Technical University in Brno. After passing the state examination in 1922, he practiced in the studio of Jindřich Kumpošt in Brno. In 1928 he got married and from 1933 he repeatedly applied for Czechoslovak citizenship, which was always denied. His further fate after 1938 is unknown.
