The task of the competition is to optimize the existing program and supplement its capacity according to the needs of the operators. Emphasis is placed on separating the operations of the primary school and the gymnasium. Each of them will have a separate, barrier-free entrance logically oriented towards the public space. In addition to the existing plot no. 314/1 (with the building under no. 315), the school newly has the city plot no. 294/1 available, on which it is possible to accommodate operations that are more loosely connected to teaching (canteen, auditorium, school psychologist, and prevention specialist). The self-government is considering this new building as a community center, where various celebrations and cultural events of the municipal district can also take place. All proposed operations must have adequate sanitary facilities. The client anticipates an investment of 50 million CZK excluding VAT. This amount does not include the cost of interior furnishings. The design must also respect the ratio between design and budget at both the investment and operational levels.
