Educational center for primary school teachers

The school is situated in a prestigious university environment designed by Alvar Aalto. Its external form is characterized by a two-part division of mass. Common areas, cafeteria, multifunctional space, library, specialized classrooms, and main teaching spaces are located in the center of the building. Standard classrooms are placed in the wings of the building. The interior spaces are an example of a new approach to comprehensive education. The result of the spatially interesting concept is the variable orientation of individual spaces, views into other rooms, and the alternation of materials used.
