We have collaborated with Levimo in the past. We are now designing a production hall in Světlá nad Sázavou, which will serve for small-scale production and storage. The facility will carry out the packaging of chocolate confections with a significant use of labor from the prison. Employing convicted individuals is conditioned by a special spatial arrangement with regard to the safety and security of the inmates.

The building is divided into the production area with a warehouse, which consists of a large single-story hall and service and administrative spaces. The hall itself is connected to the prison by a separate passage through the prison wall with a direct covered connection to the hall's interior. Structurally, the entire building is designed as a reinforced concrete prefab skeleton clad with sandwich panels.

There are no openings in the perimeter of the hall except for emergency exits, and daylight is provided through roof skylights. Glazing with safety glass is designed towards the north, so there is no risk of glare from the strong southern sun; rather, the southern orientation is advantageous for the installation of photovoltaic panels. Electricity generated from the sun will primarily be used for technological needs of production and cooling.

The color scheme is based on alternating anthracite panels with white ones on the exterior, while the interior is always in white. This color scheme is a loose association with classic prison-striped clothing. The black-and-white color combination is interrupted by the accent of the entrance, which, including fully glass doors, is glazed with transparent glass in orange color.
