The family house is situated in the southern part of the plot in the outskirts of the village of Vítovice. It is set on a gentle slope further away from the road. The main building volume consists of a single-story, non-basement house with a rectangular floor plan and a flat roof. Access to the family house is from the south side via a sidewalk running alongside the house. The entrance leads to the foyer, an entrance hall that connects the main living area (living room with dining area and kitchen) with the social facilities, storage, and leads to a longitudinal corridor of the quiet area. From this corridor, access is provided to the children's rooms, parents' bedroom, two bathrooms, walk-in closet, utility room, and technical facilities of the house. Both the bedroom and living room have direct access to the atrium. At the end of the corridor, following the contour of the existing terrain, is the entrance to the pool area with facilities and a room for the technical equipment of the building. From the pool area, there is access to the garden behind the house.
The facade of the house is made of mineral plaster in a broken white color with a prominent travertine base. The windows are made of aluminum profiles, fitted with concrete cornices.
