SYMBIO ORANGE OFFICE is a space created for a prominent Czech internet agency. The investor requested the implementation of corporate design in the visual appearance of the interior and a versatile expression of the character of a young progressive company.
The common intention of the investor and the architect was to create an interior that would be a relaxed and inspiring working environment supporting creativity. Along with this, we aimed to eliminate classic barriers that hinder intense and meaningful communication within the company.
The concept of the space is an open office with separate rooms for management, meetings, and training. The representative entrance area gradually expands into the open working environment.
The shape and color solution of the representative part is based on corporate design (preference for rounded shapes "molecules"; combination of orange, black, and gray colors). The Barrisol wall conceals storage and technical areas and separates the open office from the kitchenette and relaxation area.
The management room and meeting room are separated from the open office by a glass partition. This keeps the space feeling connected, eliminating barriers between management and employees; at the same time, the partitions ensure the necessary acoustic attenuation between rooms. The large meeting room can be divided with a movable glass partition into two smaller ones to increase the variability of use. The glass partitions are patterned with partial sandblasting.
