In Prague's Záběhlice, a unique residential project Sky City Villas is being created, scheduled for completion in the second half of 2025. A series of minimalist villas designed by architect Ivan Kroupa connects modern architecture with sensitive urbanism and natural integration into the surrounding landscape.
